Project Highlights

  • Ongoing RF engineering and installation support for ABB-Hitachi and PG&E from 2018-2023 for the PG&E Field Area Network deployments throughout PG&E’s service territory across the state of CA.
  • Successfully installed and implemented a mobile router solution for the Guam Power Authority in 2022. Completed preliminary surveys for network expansions, capacity injections and other performance improvements planned for 2023.
  • Delivered Field Area Network designs for 2000 ABB TropOS mesh routers connecting 1500 PG&E endpoints for distribution automation, 2018.
  • Completed a 2600 mesh router field surveys for the ABB-MLGW project, Q2, 2017.
  • Designed and supported the installation of the PG&E pilot DA network, 2017.
  • Completed a DTE AMI mesh router network audit of 3800 routers, Q4, 2016.
  • Designed and supported the installation of the OPPD pilot DA network Q1-Q2, 2016.
  • Completed the installation of a San Francisco City Hot Zone project for AT&T Wi-Fi Services, Q2 2014 and the Pasadena City Hot Zone project during Q4, 2014.
  • Provided turnkey design and installation services for the Idaho Falls Power AMI network including all mesh routers and AMI collectors, Q1 2013.
  • Completed a network expansion and T-1 replacement project for Union City California, 2013.
  • Designed and managed the installation of Santa Clara City Wide mesh network supporting utility metering and free outdoor Wi-Fi for residents and visitors 2012-2013.
  • Provided ongoing technical support and customer service for the Santa Clara AMI trial network, 2008-2012.
  • Completed the deployment and expansion of the Riverside Network for AT&T Wi-Fi Services, 2008-2010.
  • Led the MetroFi network deployments in five local CA Bay Area cities 2004-2006 and in Portland OR, Aurora IL and Naperville IL, and in Riverside CA, 2006-2008.
