Management Team

Lee Hambro, General Manager Lee founded LinkPath in 2008 to meet the growing needs of the emerging municipal and utility wireless market. He successfully launched and has operated the company while engaging with multiple large entities such as Silicon Valley Power (SVP), AT&T and other utilities and cities to design, deploy and operate several large outdoor mesh and wireless networks. Prior to founding LinkPath, Lee served as Director of Operations at MetroFi from 2004-2008, where he had end-to-end responsibility for deploying MetroFi's networks. Earlier in his career, Lee held several positions in both operations and sales at Covad Communications, Metropolitan Fiber Systems, PacTel Paging and Metromedia Paging and has over twenty five years of experience working in the data communications industry. Lee holds a BA degree from SUNY, Fredonia, and an MPA degree from California State University, Hayward.
Mike Maley, Operations Manager Mike provides executive leadership and on-site management of LinkPath operations staff and is responsible for all construction management and management of any outsourced operations field resources. Mike is an engineering technologist who understands how to implement a wide range of network elements such as Wireless Mesh Routers, Point to Point radios, Cisco Switches and other core and field network hardware across a broad network platform. As LinkPath Vice President of Operations, Mike provides executive leadership and on-site management of LinkPath operations and field staff. Prior to working with LinkPath, Mike was Manager of Network Deployment at MetroFi from 2004 to 2008. Previously, Mike was a lead engineer at the Covad Communications Network Operations Center, and a Supervisor in the Field Operations work group from 1997 to 2004.

LinkPath Resources are drawn from a pool of experts experienced in all facets of network deployment. Our experts are RF and Network engineers who have a sound working knowledge of electrical and mechanical facilities and equipment. They are experienced in logistics and materials handling, network testing, and commissioning. LinkPath experts possess a sound working knowledge of NESC and CA State G.O. 95 code.
